The ideal candidate must be clinically active in psychiatry, demonstrating ongoing academic involvement, passion for resident education, plus a desire to collaborate with his or her colleagues.

Opportunity Requirements:

• Responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and administration of the Psychiatry Residency Program welcoming its first class in 2023

• Establish the strategic direction of the program while maintaining the standards, quality, and reputation of the program

• Integrate the program with physician practices and hospital clinic services in a way that enhances value and quality and promotes an optimal environment for professional practice and medical education
