Lakeland Regional Health is a central Florida, not-for-profit hospital with more than 100 years of experience, seeking a qualified candidate with academic and leadership experience to serve in a new role as Psychiatry Residency Program Director. The ideal candidate must be clinically active in psychiatry, demonstrating ongoing academic involvement, passion for resident education, plus a desire to collaborate with his or her colleagues.
Opportunity Requirements:
Responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and administration of the Psychiatry Residency Program welcoming its first class in 2023
Establish the strategic direction of the program while maintaining the standards, quality, and reputation of the program
Integrate the program with physician practices and hospital clinic services in a way that enhances value and quality and promotes an optimal environment for professional practice and medical education
